Return Period
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all original internal tags attached.
Shoes should only be tried on on a soft, clean surface.

Shipping fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (error in size, color, or error in the merchandise).

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at info@godsfavorie.fr to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
2. Once your request is approved, we will notify you on how to return your item.
3. Upon receipt and verification of your return (1 to 3 days), we will reimburse you. You have the choice between two solutions:

A refund within 30 days to the original payment method used for your purchase

A refund in the form of a voucher on our site issued within 24 hours.

Trades
Each product can be exchanged only once. If you wish to exchange a product for a more expensive one, you will have to pay the price difference. If the replacement product is cheaper than the original, we will refund the difference.

Products damaged during transport
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos in the event of any defect, damage, or receipt of the incorrect item.
